Fall is one of our favorite times of year, and not just for the cooler weather and changing leaves—it’s for the chance to gather with our amazing community.
Our annual Halloween Party returns on Saturday, October 25th at South Line Brewing in Downtown Cary. It’s always a hit with both kids and adults, and this year we’re adding a costume contest with prizes—so come ready to impress!
Then mark your calendars for Pie Day on November 24th, when we hand out pumpkin pies just in time for Thanksgiving. It’s a simple but meaningful way to say thank you and kick off the holiday season together.
As we celebrate the season, we’re also helping many buyers and sellers plan for 2026. If you’re thinking about making a move next year, now’s the perfect time to start the conversation.
